The 37 Factors ARE the Bodhisattva's Pure Land

"The 37 factors ARE the bodhisattva's pure land — when the bodhisattva attains Buddhahood, beings who practiced the factors come to be born in that land." The Tathāgata's body "arises from the 37 factors." If the Buddha's body arises from these factors, and the pure land IS these factors — can you still call this "Hīnayāna only"?
