A Vow Fulfilled
A wish once made has been granted; the merit is turned to gratitude. Email the office with the subject "Vow fulfilled," giving the name, the vow made, and how it was answered; an offering of any amount is welcome, and so are those with none to give. Once the office has read it, the resident community dedicates the merit at morning liturgy for seven days; no further notice is sent when the seven days end.

A Prayer
To ask a prayer for yourself or your family, email the office with the subject "Prayer," giving the name and the wish; the resident community dedicates the merit at morning liturgy for seven days, and no further notice is sent when they end. Receipts
For an online donation, the office emails the receipt to the email address you gave at payment; for a ceremony or lamp registration, to the address on your registration. With a check, enclose your name and the email address for the receipt, and the registration number if you have one. A general donation needs no registration number. If a receipt has not arrived, email the office. Waken Temple is a 501(c)(3) religious organization; no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation, other than intangible religious benefits, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
