All Beings Can Become Dharma Vessels

The Avataṃsaka Sūtra: "All sentient beings throughout every realm can serve as dharma vessels." No one is permanently excluded. Nāgārjuna explained why the Buddha was born as an ordinary person: if born superhuman, beings would think "impossible for me" — and exclude themselves. Self-doubt is also an obstacle.
