Scale Differs, But Practice Is the Same
The Sifenlü Commentary: "Though scale differs, practice is the same." The logic of the Mahāyāna path and the Hīnayāna path are identical in operation. Same for worldly and transcendent. The mind you use for practice and the mind you use for losing weight are the same mind. Difference lies in the object, not the structure.
