Seeds and Soil: Why the Same AI Tool Gives Wildly Different Results

Yogācāra's four-condition theory: AI is not hetu-pratyaya (seed) but adhipati-pratyaya (soil). Without seeds, the richest soil grows nothing. Same AI tool: institutions profit, retail loses. If the tool were the direct cause, identical tools would produce identical results. They don't. The difference is in the user's karma, not the tool.
