Practice Is Changing Your Epigenetics

If you just say "karma is like DNA," it sounds fatalistic. But epigenetics says: sequence fixed, expression variable. Seed theory says: determinacy unchangeable, condition-dependence changeable. You're not erasing past karmic seeds — impossible. You're changing the conditions for their activation. Cutting afflictions is switching off the unwholesome gene.
